ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF STATIONERY AND FOOD VENDORS

The Katsina State Hospital Services Management Board (KSHSMB) hereby invites qualified and reputable vendors to apply for the supply of stationery and food services within the State General Hospitals across Katsina State.

This announcement is issued by the Committee Chairman in line with the Board’s commitment to transparency, quality service delivery, and effective hospital operations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Interested vendors must possess the following:

1. Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
4. Business Bank Account Details
5. Valid Phone Number
6. Valid Email Address
7. Any other relevant certifications or documents

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

Interested vendors are required to submit copies of the above-listed documents to the General Manager's office as may be directed by the Board.

The is open for six (6) weeks, the closing date for collection is Monday, 18th December, 2023.

Only vendors who meet the stated requirements will be considered.
